First of all, we hope you are well and healthy and remain so through the
coming weeks and months. We are facing a truly unprecedented challenge
to our lives and our businesses and implementing procedures to help protect
our employees and partners is our absolute priority.
Like most companies we have made important changes in the way we are
doing business and this notice outlines our response to the pandemic.

WE ARE OPEN AND SHIPPING
Our workshops and warehouse will operate a split shift pattern to minimize
the interaction of larger groups of people; social distancing and increased
hygiene procedures are in place. This allows us to keep the warehouse
shipping orders that are needed. Please call your Inside Sale Rep for further
information on shipping times or call our business line and leave a message,
WORKING REMOTELY
From 03/17/2020, most St. Louis Music administration, sales and marketing
staff will be working remotely from their homes. If you know the extension
number of the person you need, then please dial it as usual on our business
or 1-800 line and enter the extension, you will be directed as before. If you
don’t have an extension number then please call our business line and leave
a message and we will return your call as quickly as we can. Or email
BUSINESS TRAVEL RESTRICTIONS
As of 03/13/2020 a travel restriction policy was implemented for all of our
team members. Unfortunately we are unable to visit you in person until
further notice.
VISITORS TO ST. LOUIS MUSIC
As of 03/16/2020 only St. Louis Music employees can enter the building. All
other visitors are no longer allowed; this includes family, friends and delivery
drivers. We are asking that “will-call” customers call their Inside Sales Rep to
arrange delivery.
