Jose won 7 individual honors this year, in the categories of Jazz Soloist, Jazz Group, and Blues/Pop/Rock Soloist, to name a few.

Only 26 years old, Jose has performed & worked with world-recognized artists such as Chick Corea, Paquito D’Rivera, Phil Ramone, and many others. He is known for his passionate performances on the flute, saxophone, bass, and piano. Jose is currently pursuing a PhD in Music Education.
