ST. LOUIS, MISSOURI – Alvarez is thrilled to announce a Q1 drawing that will give Alvarez dealers old and new the chance to win a one of a kind, custom Yairi guitar, valued at $10,000*. Hand-made in Japan, the prize guitar is a Yairi Grand Concert GYMA90S.
“Yairi are one of the best guitar producers in the world,” says Chris Meikle, Head of Development at Alvarez and Senior Vice President of St. Louis Music. “This special model demonstrates their wonderful ability and craftsmanship beautifully. We’re really happy that one of our dealers will own this guitar.”
The Grand Concert GYMA90S is made from all solid AAAA Master Grade Hawaiian Koa. The top, back and sides are bound in Rosewood and inlaid with a 1.5mm Paua abalone purfling, giving this guitar a custom and sophisticated vibe. Other appointments include an ebony fingerboard, ebony direct coupled bridge, Gotoh tuners and real bone nut and saddle.
