ST. LOUIS, MISSOURI- Knilling is thrilled to announce that it is now shipping its IMPULS electric and acoustic electric line of violins. IMPULS established itself last year, winning Best in Show overall musical product at the 2016 Summer NAMM Show.
“We are thrilled to get these violins into the hands of players,” says Craig Denny, Vice President – Band & Orchestra at St. Louis Music. “The Knilling IMPULS line is imagined by us to let players who are serious about their instrument have a viable option that sounds good, looks amazing but is still affordable.”
Imported by Knilling, IMPULS aims to inspire artists, students and educators that are hungry for an affordable electric and acoustic electric violin that is also highly playable, built to a high quality and offers a range of shapes that are both classic and modern.
IMPULS 4 String and 5 String violins (Models IMF4 & IMF5) are solid-carved in Romania from European tonewoods and feature well-seasoned spruce tops and flamed two-piece maple backs and are oil varnished for superior tone. The IMPULS IM1FO is presented in an eye catching modern design, featuring a black solid body with flowing contemporary lines. The IM1FO comes with a deluxe oblong case with blanket, two bow holders, and a wood bow with white horsehair, and also includes a cable, headphones and a 9v battery.
