ST. LOUIS, MISSOURI – E.K. Blessing is thrilled to introduce a new line of Marching Brass models to their lineup for 2018, designed for excellent projection, mobility and delivered at excellent value. The models include the BM-111 Marching Mellophone, the BM-311 Marching Baritone, and the BM-411 Marching French Horn. All debuted at the 2018 Winter NAMM show in Anaheim, California.
“Durability, playability, and projection are mandatory requirements for marching color brass,” says Phil Baughman, Brand Manager at E.K. Blessing. “Blessing has upped their game in 2018 with three new improved models for the parade or field! We have reconfigured the warps to a more compact tighter design which is more manageable for performance in motion.”
The BM-311 Marching Baritone and the BM-411 Marching French Horn are delivered in the key of Bb, while the BM-111 Mellophone is delivered in the key of F. All E.K. Blessing Marching models feature a Yellow brass body and bell, with rose brass lead pipe, more compact wrap designs, and stainless-steel pistons. Each model comes complete with a compact thermoplastic case, ideal for mobility and storage.
Dealers are encouraged to visit the St. Louis Music booth (7414) to experience the new Marching Brass models for themselves. To learn more or become a dealer call your St Louis Music Representative at 800-727-4512 or email at [email protected].
